Shibashi Qigong (18 movements) works each and every
muscle in your entire body and gives all of your internal organs a gentle relaxing massage. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system Shibashi Qigong helps to release stress and tension in the body and bring your body’s internal frequency within the vibratory range of love and compassion.
